We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If that ever changes we will update this page and give you the notice and choices the law requires first.
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. It is set when you sign in and cleared when you sign out. If we add cookies or similar technologies beyond that, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
We use service providers to host the site, store data, handle sign-in, and otherwise operate FanClacker, and they only get what they need to do that. Set pages can embed a player from YouTube or SoundCloud; if you expand and play one, that platform receives your IP address and sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Players load only when you open them, so browsing the catalog contacts neither platform.
You can ask to see a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete your account and its ratings. Email privacy@fanclacker.com from the address on the account and we will handle it. If you are in the UK, EU, or a US state with its own privacy law, these are rights you hold under that law: we will not charge you or ask you to justify the request, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
Traffic is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and never visible to us, and database access is restricted by row-level security so one account cannot read another's ratings, clacks, or playlists. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
FanClacker is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, email privacy@fanclacker.com and we will remove it.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who we share it with, we will update the date above and tell account holders directly about anything significant.
Questions, requests, or complaints: privacy@fanclacker.com.
